My First Big Road Trip

I had my first big road trip with Mom and Dad this past week. You can read more in detail about it with Mom's blog post about it on her vacation blog. But I did really well. We left on Wednesday late at night so I was already sleeping. Mom fed me right before we left at G-Ma & G-Pa Epp's house. We were driving with them. I slept a good chunk of time until we stopped in Fargo around 2am and mom fed and changed me again. It was kind of neat to be eating in the car, definitely different. I only got a bit cranky around 9:30 when we reached Winnipeg because I hadn't eaten since like 5:30 in the morning and I had a wet diaper. So Dad pulled over in a strip mall and Mom fed me again.

We did a lot of running around and visiting relatives which was a lot of fun and then on Sunday we headed back. This time we left early in the morning around 10 and I was awake for about 1/2 the trip, so it was a little different. But I got to play with a lot of my fun toys and had a great time with Mom. She sang to me and G-Ma Epp kept me company too and even Dad did too! It was a great time and I can't wait to go back up there and play with the other kids when I get older.
