Sleeping in my Crib

Mommy has been telling me for the past month or two that I need to start sleeping in my crib. I really don't see what the big deal is. She keeps telling me that it's where I am supposed to be sleeping and I keep trying to tell her that I like my swing and bouncer better. Well this past weekend we took a trip up to visit Daddy's relatives in Canada - it was a LONG drive in my car seat....While I had fun I don't want to spend all that time in my car seat again.

While we were up in Canada mom put me down for naps in my crib most of the time (At least if she could) and during the night. Well I guess it wasn't my crib, but it was my pack n play (which to me is the same thing). She was pretty happy with me that I was sleeping there instead of in my bouncer. I still don't understand why, but whatever makes her happy.

When we got home on Sunday night I slept in my big crib in my room. I still got up at 3:00 am to have a late night dinner. I totally like seeing mom in the middle of the night. But Mom was super happy this morning because I not only slept in my crib all night but when she put me down at 9:00 pm last night I slept in there without waking up until 6:00am. She was so excited for me! She smiled at me and was telling me how much of a big girl I was in the morning. I am going to try to do that again tonight, but I know she won't care too much if I get up for a snack again.
