Happy Birthday Alyssa!

My niece turned 1 today! I can't believe it's been a year. She was born on June 2nd, 2009 and has blessed my life along with all the others that she is around. She is such a cutie pie and growing so fast! I can't believe it's been a year since she came into this world.

The picture to the left is her in the hospital, next to her dad's pop bottle. She was about 3 weeks early and was only 5lbs 9oz when she was born and under 5 when she left the hospital.  Such a tiny tiny little girl, so precious.

When she was born she had black hair and a whole lot of it and now it's completely different. Blond, although she still has a TON of hair!

Here is the two of us just a few weeks after she was born. I couldn't get enough of her, still can't :) My Sister-in-Law and Brother-in-Law had to buy some small preemie outfits for her because all her clothes were way too big on her.





And here she is now. These pictures are from this weekend at the lake, where we all were for Memorial Weekend.

This is her playing outside in her pack and play. her allergies were bugging her a lot and she actually is getting two more teeth in (will have 8 soon)
