Everyone Meet Peanut

Here is Peanut. The little tiny blob by the cross hairs. He/She is measuring at 6 weeks 6 days, so a little farther along than I had originally thought, but only by 3 days. So Fertility Friend was pretty accurate.  When I first got there I was pretty nervous, I ended up having to go to the hospital instead of the clinic so that my Midwife could talk to me after, she had some deliveries going on in the afternoon. The hospital in Waconia is super nice. She tried to do an abdominal ultrasound, but couldn't see anything there, so she ended up having to do a vaginal ultrasound. That's when I saw the little one. She turned the monitor towards me so I could see it better and could see the heartbeat. The little tiny blob had a quick flicker in the middle of it. Best thing I ever saw in my entire life.

                           

 The Midwife told me that as long as there is a heartbeat there is nothing to worry about. and she talked to me about when I need to worry and not worry, so that made me feel much better. I am SO glad that everything is fine and peanut is doing well! Thank the lord.
