Well I am back to work part time right now. Its amazing how fast the maternity leave went. Where did my time go? Oh that's right Holidays...hehe I have had a great maternity leave with my little Livvy Pie. These past 8 weeks have really flown by. Part of me is glad to be back at work and exercising my brain in different ways than before. I am not dealing with just diapers and feedings and little smiles and hugs, but doing analysis and talking to others besides Liv.
But on the other hand I won't be getting as many smiles and hugs from my cutie. Luckily the next few weeks I will still see her most of the day as Mike and my dad are going to be her care takers until she goes to daycare on the 4th of February.
This time around though I feel it's going to be easier. First off I am working from home full time now, so pumping and breaks will be a lot easier as I can still just sit at my desk. I don't have to book the mother's room and make sure I can get in at the times when I don't have meetings. I will be able to fit in my pumpings throughout the day around my meeting schedule a lot easier. In the mornings it will be easier to, because I won't have to pack up my lunch, my pump and all that to get the girls off to daycare. most of the time Mike will be bringing the girls in, but I still will want to do it a few mornings a week.
So here we go into the working world and being the mama to two beautiful little girls!
